I wanted to blend my passion for experiencing the world with my planning and organizational skills. With the rise of destination elopements, and a generational shift in traditions, as your planner I encourage you to dream of your ideal experience for your wedding day. My role is to then bridge the gap from your dream, to a practical reality where you feel present, represented, and grounded.

Hi, I'm Kayla! I have been involved in weddings from every angle. I have been the officiant, maid of honor, guest, and coordinator. Since joining the Everest team, I have assisted couples in their fair share of day-of emergencies and know how to put the pieces together when things go wrong. Remaining calm, direct, and professional are crucial elements needed from your coordinator - and I promise to be that for you.
