Partial wedding planning starts in a unique position. At the time you meet with us, you have booked with a few vendors, understand your vision & needs, but need a sounding board to organize the chaos. We will join in on vendor communication, management of expectations, and all the logistics behind a wedding day.

Event Management

Formally beginning 6 weeks prior to wedding day, our team takes over for vendor communication, timeline creation, and any last-minute planning needs. Prior to the 6-week window, we are happy to share any and all vendor recommendations, advice, and timeline assistance. Your coordinator duo will manage the Rehearsal, and provide two on site coordinators for 10 hours.

This package is for any wedding with less than 75 guests. Our team has numerous experience in the legal and logistics part of elopements, and have traveled internationally as well. This service included travel logistics & planning, Vendor research, decoration & coordination, and timeline management. If you are one of those couples waiting to find an event planner to make your untraditional day come true--that has done time and time again- you've come to the right place.

Concept and Design Planning
A decorations list can seem never ending. Luckily for you, we have seen it all! We have worked dozens of weddings and know our check-off list is bullet proof. Color schemes, unique ideas, and Pinterest come to life. Best of all, we know how to work within any budget--and assist in understanding budget expectations. Hire us to manage all decoration and design needs and we will gather, set-up, and tear-down your event!
